Our work is guest transport, not the bridal car. One coach or minibus moves everyone together, keeps the day on time and means nobody has to drive home.
Plan the guest shuttle in five questions
- How many guests need transport, and at which points? Count the hotel-to-ceremony group separately from the ceremony-to-reception group; they are often different numbers.
- What time is each leg? Work back from the ceremony start and the photographer’s plan.
- Is there a late return? Decide whether the vehicle waits all evening or comes back at a set time.
- Where can the vehicle stop? Some churches and city-centre venues have no space for a coach. Send the addresses so we know where the vehicle has to stop.
- One trip or two? A single coach can do two runs if the timings allow, which can cost less than two vehicles.

Minibus or taxis for guests?

What wedding transport costs
The price drivers that are specific to weddings:
- The evening. A driver who waits all evening is paid for those hours; going away and coming back for the late return can cost less.
- Lochside and country venues add mileage and time compared with the city.
- Long days. A day is up to 10 hours and extra hours may be charged. Prices differ by season.
Prices from: a 53-seat coach from £1,200 a day, or from £1,500 in peak season. A 16-seat minibus from £375 for an airport pick-up.
Every quote is in writing and lists what is included: fuel, mileage, the driver, road and bridge tolls, standard parking, waiting time during the hire, bottled water and Wi-Fi. How do I plan a guest shuttle for a wedding?
List each leg (hotel to ceremony, ceremony to reception, reception to hotels), the number of guests on each and the times. Send us the addresses and we work out whether one vehicle can do every leg or you need two.
Can the coach do a late return after the reception?
Yes. The driver either waits at the venue or comes back at the agreed time, and takes guests to one or several drop-off points.
