Christmas party transport in Glasgow, 2026
If your party is on a Friday or Saturday in December, book as soon as the venue is fixed.
- Fix the return time when you book, and name one person who will be with the group at the end of the night.
- One city-centre drop-off point is quicker and cheaper than many home addresses. If people need dropping at home, send the postcodes so we can plan the route.
- Minibus or coach? Up to 16 people fit our minibus (minibus hire in Glasgow); larger teams need a coach (coach hire in Glasgow).
A daytime outing instead? We take office groups to Edinburgh’s Christmas market from Glasgow between 14 November 2026 and 3 January 2027.
SEC conference shuttles
The Scottish Event Campus (SEC Centre, SEC Armadillo and OVO Hydro) is on Exhibition Way, Finnieston, G3 8YW. Visitor guides written for events at the SEC have told coach drivers to drop at the west entrance, where marshals direct them to a coach park; the main multi-storey car park is for cars only, with a 1.9 m height limit. Arrangements are set per event, so we check them with the organiser before the day [verify current coach arrangements with the SEC for your event].
How we plan a conference shuttle:
- Hotels and timings. You send the hotel list, delegates per hotel and session times.
- A timed loop. We plan the circuit and the number of vehicles around your session times.
- Venue access. We check the event’s coach arrangements with the organiser.
- On the day. Drivers run to the timetable. You receive the driver’s details and the vehicle registration, and our Support Agent is available 24 hours.

Executive travel
For client groups and senior teams, our own Mercedes Sprinter minibus has black quilted leather seats, a seatbelt at every seat, air conditioning, USB charging and Wi-Fi. Our Mercedes Tourismo and Volvo B8R coaches suit larger teams. Our own vehicles are wheelchair accessible: tell us when you book. What corporate transport costs
The price drivers specific to corporate work:
- Number of vehicles. A loop with a short interval between departures needs more vehicles.
- Waiting between the morning and evening runs, or two separate runs.
- Season. Peak season costs more.
Prices from: a 53-seat coach from £1,200 a day, or from £1,500 in peak season. Prices differ by season. A day is up to 10 hours; extra hours may be charged.
Every quote is in writing and lists what is included: fuel, mileage, the driver, road and bridge tolls, standard parking, waiting time during the hire, bottled water and Wi-Fi. Ferry crossings and coach-park charges at venues are charged at cost and shown on the quote. Attraction tickets, food and gratuity are not included.

About 8 miles, around 14 minutes by car without traffic. A coach takes longer at peak times, so we add a buffer.
